Project Planning & Development Training (Anchorage)

The session offers a “nuts and bolts” training on how to develop a sound and competitive application proposal. Learn the fundamentals of grant writing. Engage with hands-on learning in creating a community-based project suitable for any funding source. Topics include: discover available resources, define a problem statement, establish a project goal, create an objective, design an evaluation process & sustainability plan, and begin a basic budget. The training session is offered free of charge to Tribes and American Indian, Native Hawaiian, Alaska Native, and other Native American Pacific Islander non-profit organizations.
