The class is free of charge to recipients of Indian Housing Block Grants. Course participants will learn and develop the skills required to perform their basic responsibilities related to financial management including such topics as how to properly use LOCCS and how to track expenses used in accomplishing eligible program activities. The participants will also learn about the statutory and regulatory requirements related to financial management along with how to develop financial management and internal control policies and procedures that are in compliance with the Uniform Guidance at 2 CFR Part 200.
