Reminder: All Submissions Due By September 30

As we approach the September 30th deadline for the FY21 CSBG Tribal Plan and FY20 CARES Act Plan submissions, here’s a list of requirements and available materials to support the application process.

Grantees with approved one-year FY20 & two-year FY19/FY20 CSBG Tribal Plans must submit via OLDC:

1. CSBG Tribal CARES Act Plan
2. Letter of Intent to Apply
3. Updated SF-424M Form

Grantees with approved two-year FY20/FY21 CSBG Tribal Plan must submit via OLDC:

1. CSBG Tribal CARES Act Plan
2. Updated SF-424M Form
