CSBG Training & Technical Assistance Program for Tribes & Tribal Organizations

Under contract with the HHS/ACF Office of Community Services, the CSBG Training & Technical Assistance Program for Tribes and Tribal organizations connects CSBG Tribal grantees and provides information and assistance through webinars, conferences, and direct phone support to maximize the impact of CSBG funding. The program offers free comprehensive training and technical assistance, tools and resource materials, and 1:1 phone consultation.

Meet the dedicated CSBG Training & TA for Tribes & Tribal Organization Team. The team works closely with the Office of Community Service to provide free comprehensive training and technical assistance, tools and resource materials, national data summaries, and 1:1 phone consultation.

Nicole Oxendine
Director Tribal Technical Assistance

Nicole Oxendine has over 20 years of experience leading creative transformation strategies at the national, state and organizational level. She has a proven talent for facilitating complex and high-profile program development efforts, including successful strategic planning processes, collaborative initiatives, and outreach campaigns. With a commitment to empowering women, children, and Native communities, Nicole has held senior positions in several key national organizations, including the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian, the Children’s Defense Fund, and the National Women’s Law Center. Nicole is also a proudly enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina.

Lali Teitelbaum
Program Manager

Lali Teitelbaum is a seasoned member of the Tribal Technical Assistance team, previously serving as the Program Coordinator for the CSBG Tribal T/TA Program from 2014 through 2016 and re-joining the team as Program Manager in 2019. She consistently demonstrates an exceptional ability to provide technical support and training, coordinate program reports and support materials, improve systems, and organize Federal grant applications. She has proven success helping clients expand their online presence and grow their lead generation programs via a thoughtful combination of social media, website optimization, and content sharing arrangements.
