Participants at this 2-day training will receive step-by-step instruction on how to successfully complete the
combined, automated IHP/APR form. The trainer will provide a walk-through of the new Excel form, which simplifies
completion with drop-down menus, auto-filling data, and more. Participants will also receive guidance on the
development, planning, and reporting processes and requirements. All grantees are encouraged to attend this training
Please note: Training materials will be provided on USB thumb drives. Participant binders will not be available.
Participants should bring a device, such as a laptop, that has a USB port.
